AT&T launches it Digital Life for Home Security

AT&T has launched its Digital Life IP-based Home automation in fifteen markets. It plans to spread it to another thirty five markets by the end of this year. We heard of the product last spring and this vacation season you may own it! By this time, it has been subjected to trials in Atlanta and Dallas successfully and now can be customized to fit needs.

The Simple Security package

The home automation system promises advance security features by connecting the wireless networks to the customers homes. This package comprises of 24/7 security home monitoring device, one day battery backup, wireless key control, remote, indoor siren with recessed sensors at only $29.99 with an additional $149.99 for installation and equipment.

The Smart security package

This package consists of all those features of the simple package along with motion sensors, glass break sensors, carbon monoxide sensors, smoke detectors/ takeover kit. This package will cost you $39.99 each month with a onetime payment of $249.99 for installation and equipment.

You can add features like camera, energy package for appliances, and energy efficiency, but all that will cost you extra. Presently some of the markets are Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Texas, Philadelphia, Riverside, California and Austin.
