The iconic HTC One X from the house of AT&T will now cost just $99.99 and has been slashed from $199.99. It comes with the customary two year contract from AT&T and was launched on May 6 on the AT&T 4G LTE network. With this price cut the One X will now be available for less than half than the Galaxy S III available from the AT&T store.
The One X
This HTC gadget has been a revelation for the first time it will feature Beats by Dr. Dre Audio. Sporting a massive 4.7-inch non-reflective display it has 1080p HD video recording camera that has an autofocus time of just 0.2 seconds. The device runs on the Android 4.0 platform and the HTC Sense overlay that has been lauded for its user-friendliness.
Nice Going after the Initial Blockages
The One X was in trouble early on due the patent war with Apple as the shipments of the gadgets were stalled at the US customs. It was banned along with HTC Evo 4G on grounds of violating an Apple patent. As luck would have, HTC was able to work around it to launch its flagship gadgets in the US. Now the storm has blown over.
