Samsung is one of the early players of the Windows Phone 7 smartphones although that didn’t last long because soon after it had released the Samsung Focus, HTC went on to release a lot more Windows Phone 7 devices. Nevertheless, it seems that Samsung wants to get back in the game and thus comes the Samsung Focus 2 which is another Windows Phone 7 powered smartphone.
The Samsung Focus 2 comes with a 4.0-inch Super AMOLED screen which is one of the signature screens made by the company. Inside it is a 1.4GHz single core Snapdragon S2 processor. This comes to no surprise considering that WP7 doesn’t support multi-core yet. The RAM on the other hand is a satisfactory 512MB. Storage space on the other hand is a mere 8GB and there is no option to add more either. There are two cameras which is the main 5MP camera and a front-facing VGA camera.
This device is also capable of using both HSPA+ and LTE connection and this is certainly good for those that are using 4G on their network. As far as the SIM card is concerned, you might have to get it cut as the Samsung Focus 2 has a microSIM slot instead of the normal SIM card.
