In the month, of November last, the Motorola Droid Razr was launched in the market but soon users complained of the not so impressive battery life. In fact, one critic commented that it is safer to carry the charger wherever you carry the Droid Razr. Keeping this in mind Motorola has informed that is launching a newer model that is made for bigger battery life. The same Verizon will market it, and it is named as Droid Razr Maxx. It will be priced at $299.
The changes in the set
With a longer battery life, there will be an advent of a thicker handset. The Razr was 0.28 inches thick, but the Razr Maxx will be 0.35 inches thick. The gadget is thin, but it is not the thinnest- something that the Droid Razr can claim.
The unchanged features
The aspects that are unchanged in the Maxx is the 4.3 inch screen, a front facing camera for chatting ease and 8 megapixel rear camera. You can shoot a 1080 pixel video with ease in it. Apart from this, it is equipped with 32 gigabytes of storage-16 GB from the phone and another 16 GB from the micro SD card. Both of them will run on Android Gingerbread OS from Google.
