We usually see the big shot smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S III, Optimus 4X HD and a few others but rarely the entry-level smartphones. However, our focus for today will be one of LG’s entry-level smartphones and this is the LG Optimus L7. While it does have the number seven, it isn’t powered by Windows Phone 7 but rather by Android instead. Although it may be an entry-level camera, it still packs a punch as well.
It is powered by a single-core processor with a clock speed of 1GHz. In addition to that, you are having the Adreno 200 GPU inside it and it can support HSPA speed of up to 7.2Mbps. In addition to that, it also has a 5 megapixel camera as well. As far as the operating system is concerned, it is powered by Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich.
At a price of $300 without the need for contract, you are looking at a phone that is with the likes of the HTC One V. However, the LG Optimus L7 looks much better and has a great display as well. Is it worth your money? Well if you don’t like to get into contracts, then this phone might just be the one for you.
