The G-Slate features a 8.9-inch screen (1280×800), 4G WiFi, and a dual core 1Ghz processor. It weighs about 22 ounces which is a bit on the heavier side of tablets. It also has a 5mp camera and a silly 3d mode (you even get those read and blue glasses to watch your so-called “3d” videos).
There are a few hitches with Honeycomb running Android apps, but generally pretty good. It’s currently priced at $529 with a 2-year contract.
Overall, it’s not the iPad killer for Android fans but can still be a fun tablet to use.
