We were wondering since quite some time about why Google is not creating a stir in the market with its new Nexus 7 device! And now our patience has been rewarded because we have today seen the Nexus 7 tablet, running on Android 4.3. It is scheduled to debut on July 30.
Three Versions of the Tablet
As of now three versions of the gadget will be available in the market. These are 16GB WI-Fi version, 32GB Wi-Fi version and the 4G LTE version. The Wi-Fi models are priced at $229 and $269 respectively and will be available on Google Play and other prominent retailers in US. The 4G LTE version, priced at $349 will soon be hitting the market and will be served by AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
The latest version of the Nexus 7 has a 7inch screen and display of 1280 x 800 in the lowest version. The pixel count is 216 in the basic and 323 for the advanced versions. Google is now claiming to be giving the highest PPI in the Nexus 7 tablets. Being only 2 mm in thickness and 50 gms lighter than the original, it runs on quad-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon S4 chipset.
