The Qosmio X500 from Toshiba has come up with absolutely new components and it is all set to blow your minds away. Talking about its design, it has bold and snazzy looks. Though the design has not really being changed but the introduction of bright Red LED lighting gives it a very attractive look.
Coming on to the technical specifications of this latest gadget, it supports four USB 2.0 ports along with sleep and charge function for the purpose of connectivity. The X500 is equipped with a full-sized backlit keyboard and there is numpad attached with it. You will notice backlighting across the keys as well. The quality of speakers is good and they are from Harman Kardon.
Is it worth buying?
It is powered by the latest Intel Core i7-2630QM, and is supported by a 750GB of hard drive and 4GB of RAM. Like everything in this world has its own share of pros and cons, likewise there are some drawbacks associated with the X500. There are plenty of gaps around the optical drive and the level of expectations a high-end gaming notebook should provide, it does not satisfy any of those requirements.
