Zotac releases ZBOX NANO XS mini PC

There isn’t much development when it comes to mini PCs particularly because the technology today still restrict it to a less powerful device. However, the closes that we have seen today is the Mac Mini on which is still unpopular by many. Nonetheless, Zotac has decided to venture into this device and thus the ZBOX NANO XS mini PC was released.

It sports an AMD E-450 APU which runs at 1.6GHz and included inside it is a Radeon HD 6230 GPU. There is also a 2GB RAM to complement the computer with a 64GB mSATA SSD. This is done to improve the speed of the computer so that it will not cause the lags on which usually happens with the normal HDD. The enclosure itself is pretty small and it has 2 USB 3.0 ports and another 2 USB 2.0 slots with a HDMI and Ethernet port.

At a price tag of $359, we are not quite sure whether many people would like to get this especially when you can already get a good netbook with that price. Nonetheless, it is something to look at to and is recommended for those wanting to connect this device to their television for a home theatre experience.
