HP releases new Ultrabook called the Envy Spectre XT

With Intel pushing its Ultrabook devices into the market, a lot of manufacturers decided to go ahead with their own version of the device. In fact, many of these Ultrabooks are powerful and when it comes to HP, its high-end Ultrabook is the newly released HP Envy Spectre XT. It comes with a profile of 13.3-inch and weighs a tad less than 4 pounds.

When it comes to design, the HP Envy Spectre XT is definitely sleek looking. At its thickest point, it is only 0.69 inches thick and couple with that 4 pounds weight and you will get a relatively light computer as well. Inside it is an Intel Core i5-3317U processor along with an Intel HD Graphics 4000 iGPU. In addition to that, you are also looking at a 4GB worth of RAM along with a 128GB of SSD. Suffice to say that unlike its predecessors which sacrifices performance over portability, the HP Envy Spectre XT does none of that.

The entry-level version of this computer would cost you around $1,000. With this being said and done, you can still get a better performing laptop at the price although portability is a big no on that one.
