Two new laptops well equipped with 4th generation Haswell CPU has been launched by Toshiba. These two Satellite models are from U and M Series whose release was due right from this year’s 3rd quarter. Both of these models are endowed by unique specs and feature so let us have a peek of the hardware and software used in these gadgets.
Satellite U50t Ultrabook
One is the Satellite U50t Ultrabook model having HD screen of 15.6 inch of 10-point touch feature for striking all over Windows 8. U50t is also sharing HD 4400 Intel graphics, HDD of 1 TB and RAM expendable up to 16 GB in size. External features comprise of maximum thickness of 21.3 mm and weight of the device is 2.3 Kg.
Satellite M Series
Laptops of Satellite M Series are similarly blessed with Haswell APU processor; however users can also have a choice of AMD processor. M Series laptops are on the same line sharing the similar HD screen width of 15.6 inch and 16 GB RAM.
Both Series U and M laptops are featuring one USB 2.0, two 3.0 USB ports, 1 HDMI v1.4 supporting 3D TV Gigabit LAN and 1 SD card slot. Connectivity-wise both are capable of connecting via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Additionally Toshiba has claimed these gadgets of having 7 hours of battery life.
Prices of both the Satellite U and M series laptops are not yet confirmed.
