AT&T has finally announced that it is all set to release its first 4G LTE smartphone gadget, the HTC Vivid, and the Samsung Galaxy S II.
Talking about the technical specifications of HTC Vivid, it is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor running the Gingerbread edition of Android. What makes the phone unique is the fact that; it promises to give data speeds up to 10 times that of 3G which is amazingly great!
It has a 4.5-inch HD display while on the other hand, Samsung Galaxy carries a bit beefier processor with 1.5 GHz (dual-core). As far as camera quality is concerned, both the smartphones support 8MP and can shoot 1080p High Definition video. They are loaded with 16 Giga Byte of onboard memory and it can be extended up to 32GB.
At the end of last day’s trading, the stocks were at 29.31 and over the past 3 months there has been a 1.6% movement in the stock price. In a week, the phones will be available across the United States. HTC has recently launched a range of Android phones recently and Vivid is the latest in this series.
