Nokia will bring out two new mobile phones that it believes will have many takers as its hugely popular sets before the smartphone boom dealt Nokia a body blow- the Nokia stocks are still dipping. The new 1 Series gadgets comprise of two dual SIM phones the 110, 112, the single SIM 111, and 113 phones. Internet usage and camera are the prime offerings in this low-end budget phone.
Price and Availability The Nokia 110 and 111 will retail at $45 and will debut worldwide in the second quarter of the year while the Nokia 112 and 113 will ship somewhere in the third quarter of the year at $49.
Internet connectivity is available using the Nokia Browser, which tones down using a cloud data crunching technology-reducing data transfer while browsing by about 90 percent for better results. Social networking and messaging are also supported by using the links and the IM app- eBuddy. Other features include FM radio, access to Nokia Store, Bluetooth, VGA camera, micro SD slot supporting up to 32 GB. Battery lifetime is also extremely impressive with about 10 hour’s talk time. The dual SIM phones will store information and settings of up to 5 SIM cards.
