The Google Nexus 7 will; get a renovated hardware this summer season with a lot of changes. The curtain over the product will be raised at the developer conference this year that will start on May 15, and the product will be in the market by June or July.
Does the older model exist?
Yes, the older model definitely exists till today and since its launch in 2012 it has been added with apps and games from developers. The specifications-like the NVIDIA/ASUS combination, 261PPI resolution, IPS display, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 7-Inch screen-will remain constant in the revised version also, but you may expect something more from the hardware in the new device.
Attractions of the updated model
The biggest attraction for the updated model will be the APQ8064 Snapdragon Qualcomm S4 processor (as the Nexus 4- the magnum opus by Google-n-LG) and an improved resolution of 1920x1200p. NVIDIA will face a major blow as in the past years as earlier it was carried by the Nexus 7 reaching a large number of users. The pixel density will become 323PPI instead of the earlier 261PPI. Other attractions will be wireless charging and improved camera with a thinner bezel.
