Nokia 600 – Smartphone with Symbian Belle

Nokia has launched a new Smartphone using the OS named Symbian Belle: Nokia 600. Announced together with two other models, the Nokia 700 and Nokia 701, we think that this model is perhaps the last attempt by Nokia to bring forward the Symbian operating system, knowing that Nokia will produce mobile phones with Windows Phone 7 operating system.

Belle is the newest update for software from Symbian 3 platform and comes with several new features. This is the first of Symbian OS, which has a pull down menu and taskbar that allows users to view notifications. Belle also comes with 6 homescreen’s and its widgets can have five different sizes.

One of the advantages that this new operating system brings is the fact that has NFC technology. This means that Nokia 600 allows data transmission or connection to other NFC compatible phones.

Technical Specifications

As the Nokia 600, including specifications that will make you to love it include a processor operating at a frequency of 1 GHz, 3.2-inch screen, the resolution of 360 x 640 pixels and dedicated video processor. Nokia 600 is also equipped with Bluetooth, 2 GB of internal memory and a 5 megapixel camera found on the back of the phone.

With this Smartphone, Nokia is addressed especially to the common user, lover of music, using the phone mainly for entertainment and is ideal for this purpose. This is evident both by its audio capabilities and that it is a colorful mobile phone, youthful, fun, with slightly curved design (to facilitate the posting and browsing on Facebook – say those from Nokia).
