Hulu Plus Will Support Seven More Android Tablets Now

Hulu Plus, the popular online streaming service that was released in the Google Android platform in June last year supported just two tablet PCs until now. The service, which was available in all Android smartphones, will now be available in seven more tablet platforms.

Hulu Plus App

The Hulu Plus app can be used to get streamed web content quickly. The app has horizontal trays through which the user can swipe to view videos categorized under Popular Clips, Featured, Recommended for You, and what you are watching. The app is free to download but costs $8 monthly for using it in Android gadgets.

In the tablet interface of Hulu Plus, it just suffices to tap and hold over the icon of a video to start playing it. The online streaming service will bookmark the videos you have watched and so the next time you watch the same content it will automatically begin with the latest episode since your last view.

The Release

The media streaming service is available in Asus Transformer Prime and Eee Pad Transformer, Motorola Xoom and XYBroad 10.1, Acer Iconia Tab A500, LG G-Slate and Toshiba Thrive. Hulu sources say that this is just the start of its Android slate roll out.
