It is close to a month now since the Summly app was bought by Yahoo paying around $30 million and it is now time to reap the returns. Last week we came across the Summarized version of Summly and now it has been made compatible with iOS.
The Summly acquisition had brought Yahoo to the fore once again because of two reasons- first, the app was created by a 17-year old, and secondly because it set an arrangement with SRI- the creators of the Virtual voice app called SIRI on iOS. With the Summly app, you will get the summaries of news feed in volumes with vibrant images. If you are looking for specific news, you can do that also with better convenience. With your Yahoo account, you can operate it on the Smartphone gadgets, as well as PCs.
Update follows Weather and Mail
This app comes right after the Mail, and whether app on iOS released lately. Even the Liverstand app that will provide magazines for iOS users and that was withdrawn just after a year, may benefit from the Summly update Surely Yahoo intends to run this app successfully for long!
