Acer Iconia Tab A510 to come to Europe on April

The Acer Iconia Tab A510 was first announced at CES 2012 and for a lot of people, it is a great device to have especially with its high-end specifications. Although it is not the first quad-core tablet, it is definitely one of the first few that have adopted it and this has given it an edge against many other tablets in the market especially in terms of raw performance.

This pure performance is possible thanks to its NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor on which each core is running at a speed of 1.3GHz maximum. The camera on this device on the other hand is at 5MP for its main camera and 2MP for the front-facing camera. This allows the device to do video conferencing with ease.

The device is said to be released in Europe before it will be available in the United States. This is said based on a report available on a German Android forum. However, the price tag for this tablet is at a whopping price €500 unlocked. In terms of US dollars, it would set the user back for at least $650 which can be considered quite expensive considering that most tablets are well below that range.
