Lenovo Unveils Touch enabled Laptops and MIIX Tablet at Affordable Rates


The new slim Lenovo MIIX convertible Tablet unveiled at an amazing price with other IdeaPad devices under the Lenovo brand. The much awaited Lenovo Economy tablet is here in the market, and it has been priced at $500. The gadget is one of those running the Windows 8 OS and is akin to a laptop.

The Miix

Being as light as 1.28 pounds the gadget measures merely 0.4 inches in thickness with a soft back panel. The panel, measuring 10.1 inches has a resolution of 1366 by 768 pixels in full HD. The dual-core Atom processor has 2GB of system memory and 64 GB of storage space. Being a convertible by nature it is a transition between the laptop and tablets that promise 10hours of battery life.

Others in the IdeaPad touch S-series

The S-series devices are very basic and the entry level Lenovo devices. For example, the IdeaPad S210 is a particularly sturdy and the portable device that has an 11.6 inch display, 10 point touch display and runs on i3 Core processor.

The next gadgets in terms of higher prices and features belong to the U-series, and in this series you might expect some additional features like, instant resume from sleep, Voice command and better processor.
