The Galaxy Note has captured a unique place for itself in the smartphone market just because it is not fully a phone. Nevertheless, is a sort of a tablet rightfully called a ‘phablet.’ Unveiled in 2011 the device is too bulky to be a smartphone and too small for a tablet, and now the second generation of the Galaxy Note will be released this year.
What is Inside the Note 2
The new Note is expected to come with a bigger 5.5-inch screen. The OLED display screen is flexible, but that does not allow you to bend these gadgets into any shape. The flexible and thin AMOLED display will allow packing a bigger battery within. Galaxy Note 2S is expected to come with a quad core CPU, nicer camera, and support for 4G LTE.
What to Expect
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be released at a time when the world is expecting the iconic iPad Mini, iPhone5 and the iOS 6 later this year. The original Note was a smashing success selling 7 million units as of June this year. It is worth noting that in the second quarter of 2012 Samsung sold twice as much as Apple sold iPhones.
